Bombel Woda ("bubbly water") is a Brigitte Eberl 2016 Ulan resin with a modified face, hooves and undercarriage, painted and mohaired into a reverse dappled black homozygous varnish appaloosa Polish half-blood or Szlachetna półkrew. 1:10.
I painted him up as part of the National Model Painting Month event of 2018, with the indispensable help of Aleksander Freda of Dark Pegasus Studio. Thank you ever so much Sasha! Aleksander also built the sidepull bridle shown in the desktop photos, and painted the Guinea pig that makes a cameo in some shots. The piggie was sculpted by Anna Dobrowolska-Oczko of Horse and Bird.

June 2018, in Western tack by New Age Saddlery. First mosquitoes of the summer...
Summer 2018 early morning drive with Dark Pegasus Studio. He drove out with me at 3 a.m. for four chilly hours of crawling on our bellies in the various fields and ditches of unsuspecting farmers. He took some of these pictures too. (A few more are to be uploaded yet.) Thank you Sasha. The saddle is by Gut Goldbach; the bridle by Dark Pegasus Studio & Anna Suna.
These are pictures from the winter of 2018. They were taken almost immediately after the model's completion, in my yard, by a nearby lake and even on a local gas station backyard. (Can you tell I was excited to have my first own Traditional in 10 years?) The orange breakaway halter is by Dark Pegasus Studio with modifications by me. Marta Kirkor made the red halter.
